Lake Pointe Soccer offers children ages 4* through 8th grade a safe, recreational environment to learn about the game of soccer as well as learn life-changing values like self-esteem and sportsmanship. Through participation in Lake Pointe Soccer, children and their parents will experience the joy of learning more about Jesus Christ through practice and game-time devotionals and bible studies.

Played in both the fall and spring, Lake Pointe Soccer enhances the self-esteem of each participant, while teaching respect for authority, sportsmanship, character, and the skills of the game of soccer.

Every child is given equal playing time and at each practice, the coach leads his or her team in a short bible study/devotional time which includes scripture memory.

Practice/Game Format:
Practices consist of one, one-hour practice a week at either 5, 6, or 7pm. Younger kids generally practice at earlier times with older kids filling the later time slots.

Games are played on Saturdays, beginning at 9am and are usually completed by 3pm. Unless making up a game from a rain-out, you can plan on playing one game each Saturday.

All soccer practices and games are held at the Lake Pointe soccer fields located adjacent to Ralph Hall Parkway on the south end of our Rockwall campus. view map of soccer fields

Jersey Pick-up Nights: 
March 19, 21, 2013 - 5:30-7:00pm -- Dick's Sporting goods.
For all players needing a jersey.

Award Night:
May 21, 4:30pm-8:30pm, Hawaiian Falls Garland
Player gets immediate family in, guests are $10 each paid to LP Sports. Coolers $10 paid to Hawaiian Falls.

Cost:
New Players (NEED blue/white reversible jersey)
The early registration fee is $80 per player. Cost includes reversible jersey. Also included are individual awards, devotional guide, and season-end celebration.
(On Feb 5 - fees increase by $10)

Returning Players (HAVE blue/white reversible jersey)
The early registration fee is $60 per player. Fee includes individual awards, devotional guide, and season-end celebration.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made one week prior to the first week of practices may receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made after this date are not refundable.

*U6 Spring Soccer will have it's regular age cut off date of 9/1 of the previous year or Fall season. Younger 4's can play in the spring with DOB from 9/1 - 12/31. (2012 to play Spring 2013 season) Registration must be done over the phone, contact Amy if you have any questions. 469-698-2248
